Yes! We make sure to spray all the equipment down and put on a fresh pair of disposable booties to further prevent us from any cross contamination.
We may charge an initial service fee for new clients (and clients who have not had service for an extended period of time) to accommodate for the extra time needed to clean up the excess build up of dog waste on the property. Initial service fees vary based on the scope and condition of the yard, Please call or fill our our contact form to find out more about your specific needs. *Initial cleaning fee can be waived if property is deemed to be in reasonable shape.
We love your dogs but for safety we cannot enter a yard if the dogs outside are unattended by their owner and we haven't had a chance to meet them beforehand. We have this policy in place to protect ourselves and your pup. If you are home, and your dog is friendly, we are more than happy to take a moment to give them a pat, throw a ball, or give them a tasty treat during our visit but please keep them inside during our service visit for their safety and ours!
Nope, so long as we are able to access your property and it is safe to perform our cleaning visit.
Yes, we like to notify all of our customers prior to your visit to make sure your backyard is ready for us. If you choose not to receive alerts that is fine too so long as it is safe for us to enter!
Your dog doesn't hibernate and neither do we. Doggie dood will work through all weather conditions so long as it is safe to do so. In cases where there are severe thunderstorms, high winds, flooding, snow storms, or the roads are impassable, we will let you know that service will be missed for that day. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate.
We accept credit, debit, and cash. We process all of our card payments directly through Stripe, a major secure payment processor! (http://stripe.com)
Simply give us a call, text, email, or fill out our quick online form so we can find out more about the size of your property, the number of dogs you have, and the current condition of your yard. You will then pick a convenient time for you to have us come and perform an initial clean and/or assessment of your property and setup your desired reoccurring service. We observe standard federally recognized holidays. If your service date falls on a holiday we will visit you the following week. If you need to have service on that affected day, please reach out and we will try to accommodate.
