1. The customer is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the designated areas where pet waste is to be removed. if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup.
2. Doggie Dood is not responsible for any damages to property or injury to persons or pets that may occur during or after the waste removal process.
3. The customer must inform the company of any changes to their pet’s behavior or medical condition that may affect the waste removal process.
4. Payment for service is charged once the service visit is completed. Invoiced must be paid no later than the beginning of the following service. All outstanding balances must be tended to before a new service visit is performed.
5.We have the right to stop service if your account becomes past due. Prior to resuming service any prior balance will need to be paid in full. If more than one week has passed since the last service visit, there may be an initial cleaning fee incurred prior to resuming service.
6. Doggie Dood reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to aggressive pets or excessive waste.
7.The customer is responsible for any fines or penalties incurred as a result of their failure to properly dispose of pet waste.
8. Once service visit is completed, waste will be discarded in the customers own waste bin/receptacle.
9. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
10. Pets must remain inside during the service visit. Customer is responsible for their pet while Doggie Dood is present. Customer is solely responsible for any injuries, legal action, medical expenses, or any other monetary expenses incurred due to an injury from an unsecured pet.
11. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Doggie Dood harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from Doggie Dood’s provision of service.
12. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Doggie Dood, and any prior agreements or representations are hereby superseded.
13. The customer understands that it is their responsibility to maintain the designated service area(s) free from, including but not limited to, tall grass, clutter, debris, snow, natural or unnatural debris, or other objects that may make it difficult to spot and/or remove waste. Doggie dood will do it’s best to remove waste from the customers designated service area.
14. You acknowledge that service date and time is subject to change due to inclement weather, routing adjustments, or other unforeseen circumstances. I understand that Doggie dood or one of its representatives will notify me should a change take place. Service day or time is not guaranteed.
15. 24hr notice is required if customer is looking to skip/cancel service visit. If customer fails to notify Doggie Dood, they will be charged up to the full charge for the visit. We do our best to accommodate our customers but routing is vital for our business to operate properly for the rest of our customers and/or employee(s).
16. Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.
17. Missed or skipped services may be charged at Doggie Dood’s discretion, regardless of the reason.
By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
